Is Titanium no free anymore?

Well, Titanium as we know it will remain free but the support for it will eventually dwindle. Also if you plan to continue to use it you may have to build your own image from source on Github.
However if you are an existing user you can use Appcelerator Studio as an Indie User. However it is not clear yet if you can publish an iPA or APK without the $39/month seat.
